Buying Panda 4.1 recovery

    one of my subdomains got a slap by Panda 4.1 - other subdomains are fine. Which is weird.
    So since September/October 2014 I'm struggling to recover, but no success.

    I'm looking for a professional SEO that can help me recover.

    If you are successful, I'll pay you $100 for the recovery.

    The budget seems low with the amount of backlinks that might be involved and in my case I am not going to work without advance payment as this work requires time to perform.
