    Will the drug companies try and take it off me?

    how much is it even worth?

    Its a very popular drug brand.

    Well, you said it yourself. It's indeed a very popular brand. Try googling "panadol is a registered trademark". Here's the first result that shows up: "Panadol is a registered trademark of Sterling Drug, Inc., New York, New York..."
    They are not going to let you have the domain.
