Hello, I have added right pan and bank as well as purpose code. In PAN page it says VERIFICATION SUCCESSFUL. But still account is limited and I sent 5+ emails to them and no reply for even one of them. I am supposed to receive payments and I am struck with them.
Why dont you call Paypal Customer care(US and Canada no).Your problem will get solved easily as Paypal gives PAN verification to third party which takes 4-5 days to verify it
Get ready to make another thread with something like "PAN Verified - Account Still Limited - 25+ Days - 15+ Emails - 10 calls" FACT of the matter is this is happening to many users of this "SHITPAL" PM me to reach agent quickly. But point here is that, those fucking agents don't have much to share/help than simple canned bal blah blah. Even senior agents, if remove your limitation is useless and your acc will be limited again (more frustration if you make withdrawals in that period as they will get reversed> more fee charges), if there is a real issue with the automated algorithm (which may be still placing ur acc on limited status) Calling is quite better than emailing. Email RESPONSES are even more useless than bull-shit! You can also try to contact them on twitter and explain your issue in small messages. Hope this helps with SHITPAL
@eYashwant, I had a same problem, My Pan Card was successfully verified but account was limited. I contacted them through twitter(@askPayPal) and my account restored within 48 hours. So I highly recommend to use their Twitter support. Don't waste time in making Phone calls, their customer care is a full of NOOB and they don't have any idea of what's going on...
Yes mine is also restored after contacting them on twitter. Plz contact them @AskPayPal through twitter for fast action.
I also get same problem then I call PP call service centre and they told it will solved within 7 days and they remove all limitations of my account it will resolved once you updated with correct information details .
Hi there i am having same problem. 30+ days over, my pan is not still not verified. I have sent them mails. No proper reply. They are really useless. Only option is left is to call them Rs.6/ min rate, Lolz.
Hey, Same here...No reply for mail every day. For me, in pan page it says VERIFIED, but still account limited. I cannot call them as my microphone is not working currently
Hey guys, try there ASKPAYPAL twitter account. I got almost instant reply.(impressed lolz) But i am having problem still, cause my bank account is a joint account with my father, i used it as a gateway account. Now, they said to add different account with my name only, which is next to impossible for me. Cause all the cards, online accounts are connected with it. Does they will allow Joint account for PAN verification?
I case it is a joint account, who is the primary account holder? The paypal account should be in that name.
I contacted through twitter and from site also got reply from them. They have said name should match in the website of income tax india https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/knowpan.do but when i am trying to check the site it gives error almost all the day.
