PAN verifiction problems with paypal.

    I know this has been asked several times in this forum and we are required to wait for some time before PAN verification is completed by paypal.
    The thing is , I have someone who is willing to pay me for the services I offer to him via paypal. He has a paypal account in Canada.
    I opened a paypal account yesterday night and due to PAN verification problems, I am still not able to life limits from my paypal accunts.
    I wanted to know, if there is some other way to recieve money from that person?
    I have a bank account in ICICI.
    or it is just my isery tale continues till paypal does PAN verifiaction?

    If you need instant verification then call them.
    And you can receive money via Wire Transfer as well from Canada although it is used and better only if transaction amount is more than $100.

    Does wire transfer work out cheaper than Paypal in case my transactions are more than $100?

    the verification process for pan card got completed today itself.

    Yes in some way... Fee is like $10 to $25 depending upon the sending and receiving bank. Also, you get better conversion rates and it is way faster than PayPal and safe.
