PAN card Problem In PayPal...

    Hie... I am using my paypal account with my fathers PAN card no. ?
    Is it illegal.
    Paypal account is with my name and i have entered my father's PAN card no.
    Do it will cause me any problem?

    Yes, it can in future! So, better get one PAN for yourself as you can get it in just Rs.100

    You can use your dad's name to create a new paypal.then add your dads PAN card

    If paypal account is with your dad's name too then its legal nothing wrong with it. But your dad should show this income while paying tax

    Use your own name..
    or else delete ur account and make a new 1 wid ur dad's name... it will sureply cause prob when they transfer funds if the pan card has some other name...:p

    Also its 67 rs. Although this thing the op did is illegal but paypal cannot do anything as they wont know that.

    I don't think that the paypal account will be banned for this thing. How will the paypal come to know that the Pan card number is not his. I mean to say that its not fake but belong to his father.

    how can i change PAN card no. in Paypal account?There is no option....
    Do i have only option to delete my account?

    and i am bellow 18 can i still apply for PAN card?

    Well there is no need to panic, firstly there wouldn't be any such problem and secondly below 18 cannot apply for PAN card but if you are in India it can happen. (Ofcourse you have to spend some money and your DOB can be changed on PAN card, it can be done buddy.)
