I think he is right - its not that google adsense is targeting Pakistan's accounts or other Asian countries - its just that there are too many fake clicks happening even on legit sites. Therefore, sites that shouldn't be banned also get banned.
Both Pakistani and Indian's do this type of jobs. i just think that they are willing to work for 1$/hour. how it is possible? they Say they can do SEO /marketing in 1-2$/hour? so we cane easily guess the quality of their work right? their basic is to fraud the employers. that's why they try to fraud the Google. but its Google sooner or later you will be caught. that's happened.
All India or Pakistan not make fraud with Google. some peoples do this work. you post a question in this reply how it is possible 1-2/ hours? For your kind information when we change $1 to Indian rupees we get 60 rupees and 1$ for 85 rupees Pakistan worker. so it is not a single rupees for us.
As I know, Some pro publishers or people with advance level expertise use Local Media specially Newspaper for advertisement about Earn 300$ to 1000$ Online Jobs. As people contact them they ask for a Registration fee + Short Online Earning Course Fee to start Online Earning. Then they teach for their own profits and use newbies with all bullshyt about PTC (Paid to Click), PTV (Paid to View), PTS (Paid to Surf), PTCM (Paid to Check EMails) and other Simple Clicking Online Jobs. In that Short Course, Actually they just give an introduction to Adsense Program and ask newbies to join other Clicking jobs beside Adsense to earn extra money. They also tell newbies to keep in contact and have extra work to do from homes, as they would keep giving work to newbies. Now most part of that work is clear violation Adsense Policy. So most of those publishers who got banned even don't know what actually they have been doing. Google Adsense Policy clearly says or mention do not join or use PTC and other this sort of programs. ALL I SAID IS ABOUT INNOCENT NEWBIES FROM MOST OF ASIAN COUNTRIES.
I know such people. Only thing they teach is click fraud. Its because of such people so many pakistani accounts were disabled this month. Because people are looking for shortcuts in life. Actually there is no shortcut to success.
Listen Google isn't banning just Pakistani or indian Adsense accounts. Google will ban those Adsense accounts who don't follow their TOS and rules. I'm from Pakistan and my Adsense account is 2 years old and I'm earning good income from Adsense so?
