I would call it public opinion. Indian pubic opinion (the majority) has been against having any kind of talks with Pakistan since the Mumbai attacks, which the Manmohan Singh government has paid no heed. Or American pressure worked better than pubic opinion....I think people in India would be happier if we provided aid in relief materials rather than money, which is bound to be misused.

 

Bhagwan doesn't hate anybody, It is all karma.. you get back what you deserve.
If 60% Indians live a beggars life, I cannot imagine what would be that "beggar life" ratio in your country. That doesn't mean Allah hates you all, does it?
