Pakistan decries India ‘terror propaganda’

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan on Friday denied allegations made by Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh that blasts in Mumbai were carried out by terrorists with support from across the border.

"These allegations are altogether unsubstantial and we have already rejected them. Terrorism is a phenomenon in almost every country. It affects all countries of South Asia. Tuesday's blasts were a barbaric act of terrorism, which Pakistan strongly and unequivocally condemned, including at the highest level of the president and the prime minister. The president has reaffirmed help with the investigation if required on the basis of specific information and evidence," said the Foreign Office.

In response to a question a FO spokesperson said the peace process between Pakistan and India is a separate matter. "It is of interest for both countries and we believe the process should continue and be carried forward."

Agencies add: FO spokeswoman Tasnim Aslam said there had been no official communication from India about postponing foreign secretary-level talks. "We have not been informed about it," she said.

She regarded Indian allegations that Pakistan's military spy agency was involved in the Mumbai bomb blasts as little more than propaganda or speculation unless New Delhi came up with evidence. "In the past two days, India has not given us anything in writing or talked of any evidence," said Tasnim Aslam. "In the absence of that, we take these accusations against the ISI as propaganda or frivolous speculation."

 

If India is going to continue bashing on US. I might start to support Pakistan in this issue.

The meeting at Delhi ..which was supposed to be held on 21st july 06 has been cancelled !

Pakistan is certainly to be found guilty .

American agency CIA is also helping India with the investigation and its Officials have said that 90 % it has to be Terrorists from PAK.

Just seconds after the bomb blasts there were calls from areas very near the Railway station to Pakistan , Bangladesh and Afghanistan !

In one call it was found that the person said these words : " Mubarakan Mubarakan " in english it means Congratulations !

Doesn't it sound really very pathetic !

Also the SIMI group has denied its hand behind the bomb blasts ...so it has to be PAK based terrorists.

Its gonna be a tough time !!

There is a significant difference between the guilty being "Pakistian-based terrorists" and Pakistan being guilty.

The Pakistani goverment would be the first to arrest and prosecute any Pakistani guilty of such heinous crimes.

May be Pakistani Govt doesnt have control over Pakistan's Intelligence Service ISI.

Perhaps Pakistani Govt. doesnt have control over terrorist camps in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir, running under ISI's super vision.

Perhaps Pakistani Govt. doesnt have control over its diplomats promoting anti India policies.

Perhaps Pakistani Govt doesnt have contorl over its Army, so one general makes ststements like Pakistan will always attak India, no matter who attacks us first, We also asked Iran to attack Israel, no matter who attacks Iran first. and we are not bound to not to use our Nukes first.

 

When it comes to dialogue India always finds ways to run after they have there share of the dinner oin the table,Mumbai blasts are nothing but a mere excuse for the Indian governamnet specailly to run away from the Dialogue,had this bomb blasts not occured they would have taken any other issue to find ways to escape,thats what they do and thats what they have been doing ever since it started!!! We are not against India at all but i dont know why i find every indian cursing Pakistan for the bomb blasts, no proofs ever found yet!!! I would rather say let stop these discussions!!!

 

There are many bomb blasts in mosques and other places in Pakistan. But neither Pakistani people nor Pak govt. blame India. Now, I am seeing in every forum indians blaming pakistanis for bomb blasts. I think you should better first find out. India is full of corruption and corrupted leaders.

@Digital: Pakistan is ahead in terms of corruption than India is,just that our leaders stay away from cameras when it comes to taking bribes and all!

RAW is what Pakistan says is involved and ISI is what India says!!! Who knows the truth here??? RAW and ISI are just the TAGs for the governments who use it when they cannot take any step to prevent these acts of terrorism.

Govt is not responsible for attacks, but they dont have any control over Govt.'s own organization ISI, which is responsible for all the terrorist activities in the neighbourhood country, India.
On the other hand Govt has no intrest to stop the terror too, otherwise how much time it takes to eliminate all the terrorist camps in POK??

 

RAW is what we talk about , ISI is what you talk about!!! Now cut the crap and tell me what else do you know about them rather than the fact that everytime theres a bomb blast in India you hold ISI responsible and everytime theres a bomb blast in Pakistan we hold RAW.
