Selling Pair of sites

OK, next on the block are a set of sites:
auntiefondy.com
onlylurking.com

Onlylurking.com is a proxy list site. It is custom code that I was working on. Someday I might decide to work on that script again and perhaps sell it.

Auntiefondy.com holds the main databases, and onlylurking.com feeds info from at least one of them. It also has some stored in it's own database if I remember right, but the list of proxies is fed from auntiefondy.com. Auntiefondy.com also has a list of gaming related site, cam sites, and some others I believe. Check it over to see what all it has as I do not really remember it all.

Both offer info geared towards proxy site owners such as proxy hosting companies, proxy scripts, etc. Auntiefondy.com also has some geared towards arcade owners. The info is not unique.

The sites are being sold together as the work that way. A proxy submitted to onlylurking.com also shows up on auntiefondy.com, and vice versa. It might take some effort to break the 2 sites apart, and I don't feel like doing it if I don't have to.

There is a 3rd site, gamersgo.com, that also feeds info from auntiefondy.com. It is also a listing site, it being geared toward gaming. If a decent enough of an offer is presented, I *might* be persuaded to include it in the deal, but it would have to be a really good offer as I have plans for that site when I get some more time. Unless I otherwise state so, consider it NOT part of the deal.

There were at one time a couple other sites that worked with auntiefondy.com in the same way, but when my hosting went away on me a few months back, they never got put back up as part of the set. I might be able to find the files for them, I might not, and only if it's worth my while.

Stats:
Onlylurking.com is getting very little traffic or revenue, not worth mentioning.
Auntiefondy.com has recorded 640 visitors this month so far using Awstats. I have not other traffic analytics installed on it. I suspect that Awstats has been having some problems staying up the last couple of months anyways, so I'm not sure how accurate it is.

Revenue for both are minimal at best. I have not had the time to promote or monetize them decently. There is potential in both of them, especially working together the way they do.

Reason for selling? A lack of time on my part. I have growing responsibilities that take priority. I have not been able to work on them for quite a while. I'm trying to downsize my list of sites to just a few that I can work on whenever I get a few minutes to spare here and there. These 2 don't make the list. I love them, but they gotta go. I expect to be selling off a list of proxies as well, probably a few arcades too, and maybe even a few others.

I do not get to sit here and live in DP anymore, I have to get up and leave the building many times a day. I do check back, but it might be a few hours till I get a chance to respond to people, or even the next day. I do try to get back to them though.

 

OK, I've decided to go the same route with these two as the last one, by offering to trade it for some links. I want at least 2 lifetime links on both sites to a couple of sites I'm planning on keeping. Any takers for a trade? Or I might be interested in something else, I just need to clear out some sites so I can concentrate on the few I keep.
