Painting company logo contest $40 reward! ~48 hours~

For what kind of purposes do I need the logo?
I need the logo for a starting local construction company, well actually a painting company.

Where will the logo be placed on?
The logo will appear on a company car that has the color YELLOW (code: FFFF66), so please take this in mind with choosing the colors, the logo will be placed on a yellow background!

The logo need to look according the following instructions:

Change the text “blogbeat” into:”Molina” and make the letter “o” the same like in the blogbeat logo. Also use the same circles above like the blogbeat in red and black color.

Use the following font for the text “Molina”: I don’t know the font name, but a similar font is also ok: http://i191.photobucket.com/albums/z43/simplyg123/newlogobg.png

Make the letter “M” exact like the following M: http://img527.imageshack.us/img527/3153/meetlocals2rq3.gif but make on the first head a typical construction helm image.

The colors:
• left side of the M: red
• right side of the M: black
• left head of the M: black
• right head of the M: red
• The O in the text of Molina: fully black
• The letters LINA of the text Molina: black

A lot of requirements though, if you have some better ideas for a painting company, you also may bring that.

Deadline: Thursday night
Payment: Paypal in advance
Filetype: I need a filetype that I can use it to bring it to a company where they can bring it on my company car, so I guess I need the source file, right?

To avoid isolation of letter "A", I added head and helmet on top and balanced the logo.

 

This is vector artwork for vinyl cut-out decals, shirts, mugs, etc.

wow.. I like all logos lol! Can everybody make a small adjustment please? I need the text: Schildersbedrijf in Italic below the logo that need to be a bit smaller than the Molina text. The Molina text need to express more than Schildersbedrijf.

Also is it possible to add some shadows below the Molina text? like here in the meetlocals logo: http://i16.tinypic.com/68mmahj.jpg
