    Seller has refused to refund my purchase.

    In no way did I 'take advantage' of the buyers forgetfulness. The buyer became rude, violent and unwilling to come to a reasonable resolution via email.

    Terrible buyer!

Then you pretended you contacted Namecheap to figure out why the domain wasn't in my account. But I contacted Namecheap myself, and they told me whose account you pushed this domain to.

    In no way did I become "rude and violent"; in fact, I have been extremely pleasant to you despite the fact you will not refund me my money.

    Many DP'ers can attest to my very positive reputation here - you can try to smear my name to try to cover for your theft, but it is not going to work.
