It is good practice. I don't know why it don't show up for you but I don't know what to do about that, must be on your end I'm guessing..

Just an HTML/CSS template made in Microsoft Paint.

 

You should consider making them in Photoshop; it's much easier to slice, etc.

 

I know, I have it, I'm good at it, just thought I'd go oldschool for a template! I can do Photoshop and I don't use Photoshop Slicing I slice it myself.
