In Paint Shop Pro X, how do you move the selection marquee without dragging, cutting, or copying the actual selection? I just want to move the selection marquee itself so I can then copy what's selected in another part of a photo.

This probably seems like a stupid question, since it's such a simple thing. I just don't know how to do this!

Ok, I figured it out. In Paint Shop Pro, to drag the marquee without moving the actual selection, you right-click and then drag it. Thought I'd post an update since I didn't see it anywhere in the help or tutorials in the program.

Or you could just place the marquee where you wanted it originally?

    God I love Paintshop Pro X :D

There are times when it isn't as easy to select the exact area you need, especially if you need to select a fixed size (w x h). Even if it's nudging it over by a few pixels, moving the marquee is a handy (and basic) function.
