Paint.NET vs GIMP

    Hi,

    I believe everyone have heard of GIMP (www.gimp.org). But, have anyone heard and use Paint.NET before.

    Personally, I have not used Paint.NET (www.getpaint.net) before. This is because I am reluctant to install the Microsoft .NET framework on my computer. Paint.NET requires the .NET framework to run.

    Does anyone has any experience with Paint.NET? How does it compares to GIMP?

    I've tried Gimp a little and seemed a bit stuck with the different screens open, going to try Paint.NET now.
