Paid Wordpress Plugins

Does anyone know if we can submit paid WP plugins to Wordpress? I posted a question there but have not heard back.....if not, where does everyone advertise (other then Adwords) their paid WP plugins?

i think thee are lots of paid plugins for. all in one seo pack pro version is one.

 

yea a good idea would be make a free one and then make a premium one

 

There are paid that get submitted to Wordpress.org?
I have tried to submit but they want the files unencoded to be placed
in their SVN....
