I have had none of these and my site is still not working as I am still waiting for certain passwords thatI require, I managed to get the site on my server which took for ever but have never had any support or assitance!

I bought this site in good faith and its not working and after numerous attempts to get Zach (Biz Man ) to help he seems to be ignorning my messages.

I can only warn others about dealing with him,

I have told him that if he comes back and helps me sort it out and gives me a good reason I am more than happy to let people knwo about it.

I hope he does.

Your not sure why I gave you a negative feedback? Maybe its because I have had a negative experience!

Yes it took me around 1 month to show interested in the site but I too have been very busy, At NO time have you ever given me any support only broken promises that you will be online and will help me out.

So Please correct that you never gave me 1 month of support, if you had we would not be talking about it now would we?

In the orginal deal yes you did state that to get the site up and running it had to be sold at bin, that was on November 6th, but then as the sale was not going as you liked you started sweetening the deal, with:

This was on the 13th, you also promished a new Cover which never came!

There was no mention that it had to be sold at bin to receive these added products, you then gave more to try and get the bin price:

Again no mention that you get these extras if sold at bin,

If that was the case why did you send them to me? As I never paid the bin price but you still sent me all these extras including the New Graphics that you say were not including in this deal!!

Also you called me a thief and say that I stole them!!! This is disgusting, how could I steal them when you were the person who sent them too me!!

You are now saying that I need to purchase a script to make this work for $97!!

Im not at all happy with any of your 3 suggestions and feel free to report me for stealing that makes me laugh and cry at the same time, stealing something that you gave to me!

The only thing I am willing to do is this:

Iam not at all interested in the new graphics as they are not that good but I put them up as I had nothing else, the background image is not yours but mine anyway.

The only thing I am willing to do is pay you $50 to set this up for me and I will only pay you the money after it is set up as To be truthful the time it takes for you to reply to my emails I would not be confident it would ever get done.

If you agree to my terms then I will remove my negative comment but not before. I will also not be bullied with your remarks about thief as this is totally slander on your behalf@!

If you are not willing to set it up I would rather pay someone to do it and get the site working the way it should have been from the start.

Well after getting a reply from Zach sayig that he was willing to fix the site and get it working for $50 which i excepted and said I would pay using escrow I have again had no reply from him after leaving him 3 messages!

I do believe Zach to be mostly genuine but obviously not very trust worthy as he does not deliver on his promises and obviously does not get online enough to stay in contact.

I still have had no support from Zach although he did promise that he would sort out this.

Can anyone give me some advice about what I can do?

Is there a moderator that I can make an official complaint about him?

I have consistnly asked for help and support and as you can see I do not get any response at all?
