Kalutasan.com is a paid to answer and question site. The site is based on a custom CMS, and is fully skinnable.

Site is doing well with around 1 payout every month.

It is easy to add new features and to modify existing ones. Payment rates can be changed easily.

Also included are, domain name, complete script with full rights, one week limited warranty, and a small overview as to how script works(for my convenience, I will give this on gtalk, to a person who has some knowledge of PHP).
