Paid Survey Question

I am searching for a list of the best paid survey sites. Does anybody know where to start? Ive come across a few, but the majority seem to be nothing more than scams.

Guess you do, just saw in the FAQ page that the program is open to international members.

When will I get payed?
You will receive your payment on or around the 30th to the 5th of the month following your cashout request. (For example, if you request cashout on February 1st-28th, no matter when you requested it during that month, you will receive your money by 30th of March).
