Paid Survey Affiliate Programs for International Traffic ?

Hi! I have a make money online blog and I'm picking up quite a lot of visitors lately asking if there are a couple of paid survey programs out there. Can you recommend a good paid survey affiliate program that accepts affiliates outside the US and also allows people that complete the survey that is also not from US.

many survey products from cb don't strict the affiliates outside us or not.
