I found a niche that I am looking to "exploit" (i guess your could say) and I am trying to decide which is going to make me more money in the long run. Should I do a paid Membership site ie. newsletter, e-courses or Should I start a blog with the information and just put advertising on it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
It might be worth going the free route at the beginning. Start the e-newsletter stuff. Give away/share ideas. Maybe develop an ebook to sell on ClickBank after awhile. After you have the site up and running, look for ways to get feedback and then look for trends to see what are the hot-topics. At that point you can identify and determine what to sell or offer as a membership. It may be easier to sell to people that have already "bought in" to what you offer for free first. Depends on the niche, I'd say. If people in the niche are ready to take out their wallets, start a membership site. Earnings from a blog can never match that of a membership site
Without knowing what your niche is it's hard to say for sure. But I'd say that you should give the membership site a try first. You can always shift to a advertisement supported site later if your first site fails to gather enough members.
Go for membership site.Coz the earning potential is unlimited such as you can charge member to paid a certain amount of fee to get newsletter/coupon/course etc
