Paid Promotion Experiences Thread

    Hello,

    After making my flash game site I decided to promote it using adwords. I have planned to drive 100k users on it from different countries. Site bounce rate is about 25% and earning isn't bad. Making half back the investment.

    My only question to the experience members. What would be the future of my website? After sending 100k users how many will permanently come back or is it good start?

    Please share your paid promotion experiences.

    umm first of all, selecting some paid promotion gateway has to be done very arefully, i would've rather prefered to promote it through youtube by making a short video or .. dont know if many people follow through goolge ads,

    thats what i think.. u might get wiser replies.

    and yeah i paid for the video promotion on youtube, but the service which was provided to me was worth that much.

    i got loads of traffic through it, u too might get as well, little more that i can do for u is that i provide u with link to that company, PM me if u want this method

    actually my site is based on free flash games and don't know if youtube is good enough to generate long term traffic. for now i promote using adwords and making half back the investment daily. for example if spent $25 in a day then making $12 via adsense. but the question is remain there....is this good method for long term running a project? will traffic really gonna come back or they just click and go away and don't bother to come back. i have bookmark area, login area few of them even joining daily.

    So your business is losing money? What kind of games are they? You should look into better monetisation methods. How many will come back? I have no idea. How good is your game site? You need to keep games updated.

    Check out other popular gaming sites and see how they are monetising and driving traffic. Sort this out now and start making money not losing more.

    Are you really sure that m loosing money? Investing daily $25 for 2000 uniques and they are playing, registering few to come back and manage favorite games, ratio increasing for coming back users, making half the investment back daily via adsense, bounce rate is about 25% (google analytics report), page views per user 6 and time spend on site 5-7 minutes......so am i really loosing? seriously these parts are good view for me but obviously i prefer to get an answer from experienced member.
