Paid posters on forum which has adsense.......legal?

    I thought of employing paid posters to post in my forum. I already have adsense setup at the forum. So would having paid posters to post in the forum be against the TOS?

    if your posters do not post illegal content (like adult or copyrighted material) , i think google does not care it:)
