Kiss_Me and bkchris, Are you still having problems with him? I just saw your feedback (Kiss_Me). It looks like we both have the same problem. I just filed a chargeback against him with Paypal. Even though the amount of money I paid was small, it’s still a matter of principle. If you agree to do a service for X price, it should be delivered.
Yes I have filled a dispute but it's in the phase of waiting contact from seller which will never happen. Also mine was a small amount but I agree it is the principle, you pay for something you expect it to be delievered.
Good, that makes two paypal disputes open. In a few minutes I am going to add that to my paypal dispute. Yes, I know. This guy will not reply. If I don’t get my money back, I will just use the list of forums I have found this guy to have an account on, and make sure everyone is aware of what happens when business is done with this individual, as he is soliciting business for doing forum posting on other forums as well. Does anyone have any contact information such as domains he owns, phone numbers? I am going to keep doing some digging and see if I can’t get in touch with his parents, as from my research he still seems to be in High School, maybe his parents will give him a "talk".

Just updating you. I think I found this guy and his father. He has a few different numbers listed, but all of his info seems to match up with past whois history and other information I’ve found on him. I’ve spoken with paypal, had a hard time getting through to them, but I did get the lady to say that they will be looking into things. He is underage. Born May 14, 1990, the paypal account is in his name, so I bet his account will be closed soon if all goes well. I’m going to try to get a few other people to call paypal, and I encourage anyone else who’s been cheated or scammed by this guy to call paypal also. I guess in the next few days I will start calling once I get more information on his father. I’m going to wait at least a day for him to respond to my paypal chargeback, before I simply forward it to paypal for resolution, as I don’t believe he will be replying any time soon.
lol I have allready forwarded mine to a claim I got sick of waiting around for him. How do you call paypal? lol. And little silly boys should know better!
Sorry that happened to you guys. I just started looking at this site and checking out paid posting scenarios because I type 100 wpm and I am always on forums anyway! It sucks that people like that exist because they take away opportunities for those of use who are really trying to earn money in a fair and honest way.

Just another scam artist/plagiarist out to con people. The forum example he gave and the article "Top 10 Guerrilla Marketing Tips" is material he copied from another author. It's listed on at least a dozen other sites.
Yes, he is a scam artist. I assume you paid him for forum posting? I suggest you charge him back. If we have three paypal disputes open, and forwarded to paypal for resolution, this will make us look much better. Be sure to mention he is only 16.
Well, im not going to argue with anyone here about what happened ... I will need for anyone who has bought paid posting from me to send me paypal information in a PM and give me 5 days from this post to send you a refund if not you can continue with any actions you want ...
I don’t think this so. I have done more than enough work already. You know who wants a refund. We have Paypal chargebacks filed against you, and they have all been ignored. I have sent you many emails asking for a refund all ignored. I have sent you IM’s on MSN, and when I do you quickly sign off. Why don’t you just refund us? I don’t have any faith or confidence in your word any longer. I will continue to deal with Paypal in order to attempt to reclaim my funds. You can end this at any time by just refunding us.
I agree you know who wants a refund! As we have all filled complaints... I will also wait for paypal to deal with the issues as I dont trust your word either! Just refund us, simple as that.
