Just thought I'd ask people if they have had any problem with communicationg with these guys. I'm a merchant and I've paid a set-up fee and a deposit for my account, however, over the last week I can only get through to the secretary (as apparently there is no one in the paid on results team to take my call). I've called in excess of 10times and left at least the same number of emails. I was also told the man who handled setting up my account has now left, all seems a bit suss to me. Anyone any ideas or contacts??
