Paid links and re-direct

    Hi All

    I am planning on using a 301 re-direct to a new URL with my keywords in it. I have a few high PR paid links and was wondering if it is worth changing these to my new URL or will it be better to leave it as it is?

    Also will the re-direct pass all the pr and my serps to my new URL straight away?

    In theory the best move is to just get the paid links changed to the new URL, but you'll see quicker results with 301 redirecting. Each method will have some sort of short term negative effect and the "value" transfers over.
