Hello, I need someone to design my CrashFM site. I had someone who was going to do it but they just didn't have enough time. Budget is $20 for a good site fitting all of my specifications and making adjustments based on my reviews of the finished product to give me exactly what I want. Don't know what i'm looking at? 1) A page without a scroll bar that fits the screen good 2) Based off of this concept "http://img136.imageshack.us/img136/7900/habboairlayoutnn9.png" that makes good use of space and has a good looking navigation panel. Easy on the eyes colors. You can use this for guidance if you want. 3) A simplistic look PM if interested >> This is just the design you do not need to code.
