    I think its a bad idea because if you know you can pay your way out of it you will do it again. Eg. Hollywood Stars.

    They like the idea, but are wondering how to implement it without upsetting the law-abiding memberbase. :p Lol, just kidding. Guess that they are having as much fun reading the stupid replies as we are. :p
