Hi Folks, My website is having PR5. Now its quite difficult to find free quality backlinks with PR6 or above. I was thinking to submit to paid websites with PR 7-8. Will that be useful? Does google give importance to paid backlinks?

If your site PR is 5 then it's good enough, Dont go for paid links, just try to get natural back links as much as possible.
paid are useful, but make according to google new algorithms it should be indicated by no follow tag.
