Feedback Paid for premium subscription but my status didnt change.

    Hello,

    I don't know where should i report this issue.

    I have paid with paypal for member premium paid subscriptionn but my forum status not changed.
    Please can anybody help. or should i wait?

    You will want to contact PayPal. PayPal is the one that controls your inclusion/removal from premium membership. It looks like PayPal revoked your premium membership and reversed the funds from us while PayPal performs an inquiry/investigation into the transaction (no idea why, it was initiated by PayPal).

    But my credit card has already been charged. Ok, i would contact paypal then.

    Payment has been completed. I saw that on the report and paypal has solved the problem.

    You probably want to contact PayPal and also check your credit card. On our end I see the original transaction, then the money was revoked by PayPal and never "unrevoked". I can't even refund the transaction within PayPal because on our end it shows $0 to begin with. Maybe they refunded your credit card?
