    I think charging at least $1 will for a regular lisiting will increase the quality of your submissions. A free directory will make hardly any money, even with 200 uniques a day my free directory only makes maybe $10 a month from adsense. My paid directory has made more in three months than the free directory ever will... but, it serves a purpose other than adsense so it's worth it to me. Question is though, is it worth it to you?

    I'd suggest charging more than .50 for a regular listing... paypal is gonna get most of that and it's not even worth the time to charge. I'd say $1 - $3 should be the minimum to charge for a full paid directory, then of course more for a featured listing.

    I have seen other website powered by phplinkdirectory that look very similar (if not identical) to yours.

    Your site current has PR of 0. I suggest that you decrease the listing fee for now, and increase it only after your PR is much higher.

    I think its missing lots of categories if you plan to make it general directory.

    This is very good advise and that is the way mostly directory own do.

    Very Imporatant, Try to keep submiting your site to paid and free directories, that is the way you will increase your PR and traffice, after that you would be able to increase your price, "To win something, you have to loose somethinkg" (something = $) Good Luck

    I suggest selling links on the homepage. Depending on your pagerank you could make a decent amount of money at this.
