Paid Directory failing to Review sites

Is anyone else noticing that OneStop Directory doesn't come close to fulfilling their terms for reviewing a website within 48 hours. :(

I have recently had some websites take up to 6 weeks before they are added to the directory. I have one that is now closing in on 8 weeks and I can't get any response from Matt Kirtok or anyone that might be working for him.

All websites that I submit are quality businesses. Most are B2B in the technological, real estate, and industrial fields.

I don't know what to do now. I have tried e-mailing the directory to inquire about our submission. I also have tried e-mailing Matt directly. There is no phone number to contact. He just keeps taking money from me. I have suspended any submissions to the directory for now, but I would still like for the websites I submitted to get reviewed.

This is the first time hearing about them. 6 weeks for a paid submission approval is way too long!

Ya, I'd find that quite ridiculous. Paid submissions should take no longer than a few days.

    Hi
We had a database problem, and some submissions didn't go through, we have manually reviewed each submission in the database, and cleared it. I have contacted you via email.

    We're sorry for the inconvenience.

    Matt
