Hi, I think it's cool that you're prepared to pay a directory editor, but if you pay on a "per approval" basis, isn't your directory going to fill up with clutter quite quickly? Actually, thinking about it, a "per review" basis wouldn't work either.... too many shallow reviews.... I see your problem..... haha
I have worked previously with 1 editor who is a notable member of this forum on the same basis. He seemed to have no problem and we both enjoyed the mutual work done.
