Latest Update from CPALead "We have some terrible news. The advertiser who was letting us run their Myspace VS Facebook offer has reported to us that their was a problem with this offer. The tracking pixel was broken on the advertiser's end allowing the offer to pay out multiple times for a single lead. We will be reversing 3,200 leads network wide for this offer. Please understand that we are not being paid for these leads either and it's a complete wash across the board. This offer is now fixed and operating correctly. This is a very rare occurrence and we are sorry for our troubles. We have increased the payout for this offer going forward."
How would a broken tracking pixel equate to leads paying out multiple times??? That makes no sense programming wise. Wouldn't the survey need to be taken every time? And I would think you would not show the same survey to the same IP address each time they visit. Sounds fishy.....
Edited: Sorry I was wrong, it was a wrong news from other affiliates, I checked out the my publisher area and yes it was just for tracking.
hey. read it again. you only apply for an account per website if you want separate tracking for each website. you can use one account for all your websites.
This man is correct. Its only if you want "channels". As you will see in many sales threads here for cpa related sites. They say "Sorry i cant provide exact income as it mushes them together" well now you have a solution
I have a wallpaper site with approx 5k uniques a day. Would CPALeads work good for that sort of traffic ?
Hmm. I would almost reccomend the close button. Or sticking it on maybe like 1 day a week at random Otherwise it may decline visitors heavily.
Man, my conversions have gone so far down. My earnings are doing so much worse than they were I'm considering going back to zango. Is anyone else noticing this?
yeah.. i dont know.. whats happening.. i only manage 18$ for a traffic way bigger when the says i make 150$ a day
I think it may have something to do with reporting and the old day light savings time issue here in the States. This weekend is when we normally would have set our clocks back however to save energy that won't happen for another week or two. Unless someone programmed the clock part correctly, slightly older PCs seem to have set themselves back an hour... and I think they may have something to do with the reporting tools at CPALead Of course I am insane so take it for what its worth
*sigh* This isn't looking too good, but then again, I'm not promoting this program anymore, so I'm not too worried, lol. Still have $200+ in my account that I can't be bothered claiming by faxing the documents. Oh well.
