Paid but still waiting for service...

    ... Well as the title says, i'm exactly doing that.

    It was paid yesturday afteroon, and i've still not got my account info ( hosting it's for )

    How long would you give it to wait, or to make some kind of "ask for money" back kind of thing?

    ps. hopefully this is in the right section.

    How did you pay for the service? Was it an echeck? That takes longer to clear and the payment may not have been received yet? What hosting service was this? Do they have a customer support contact email or phone? Do they have a FAQ you can check or a support desk? I would start there.

    I think it will be better you email OR call the hosting providers. At which hosting company you are subscribing??

    ask them for return money are to provide the service,if they are not responding then open a dispute in paypal.

    Well, got the service in the end, but within half aday nothing works, so the 99.9% uptime was a joke then :/

    So i've opened two dispute cases with paypal, so this could be fun.
