Paid Business Directory

Just launched Webotopia, a paid Business Directory.

I'm pretty excited about it, i have to admit, because i had a great team on it.

The directory is Xhtml and Css valid, and has some other web accesibility improvements.

Express submissions are placed above all other in the category, for one year, and get 5 additional URL's, as well as an extended description which is visible in the website detail page, as can be formatted with BBcode (including links) so a very nice company/website profile can be made.

The first 100 Express submissions get the 50% discount (30 Euro savings).

Payments are to be made only trough 2Checkout.

If you can not find an appropiate category, or if you think deeper or more precise one should be created, use the category suggestion link.

I will personally see to it, that all submitters are happy with their purchase, and i can answer any questions and suggestions, sent trough the contact form.

 

That's a great looking site u have there. But 30 Euros for a PR0 listing? Where's the value?

 

I like the directory you've setup but I suggest having a free link with recipricol link option to get your website indexed and linked to, not many people will pay for a link if the website its on has no pagerank.

Do you really think this directory will be a PR0 ?

 

The real question is, what value are you offering submitters now.

 

Now :

- 80 unique visitors / day (today)
- And the rest you can find in the website.

My question : What is you vision on what it should offer NOW ? Or what would you want it to offer, except that which it already offers ?

PS: what does Allwebscape.com offer NOW ?

With Free Submissions to AllWebScape, I dont really have to justify much With the 80 visitors/day it gets now, that's pretry darn good value.

 

I offer only free submissions at Webxperience! too. And with 500 uniques a day, and the quaility of it, i still don't post here and there right ?

But that's just me.

I also see in your directory : Featured links : $5. Can you justify that to me please ? What do you offer NOW to your visitors for the 5 USD ?

 

The point is, I offer my visitors a choice. They dont have to pay for inclusion into AllWebScape. Those who do, obviously see value in having a featured link

 

I'm a possible client. Can you tell me the benfits for the featured link ? Maybe i want to buy one instead of the free.

 

If you dont see value in having a featured link and receiving 3 nice backlinks with each submission, there's always the free submission option.

Does anyone else have some opinions ?

 

The price is now 15 Euro, for the Express listings (for the first 100 websites, and after that 30 Euro), and 15 Euro for the Standard listings.
