Paid Bloggers

I need to pay a couple of people to blog on one of my sites. What should I be paying / offering them for say, 250 words approx posts?

[edit] I should probably point out the theme as it probably makes a difference. It's about a new up and coming pop/rock star in ther UK so I will be looking at youngsters to do the blogging - possibly students.[/edit]

Depends on their PR, traffic, niche and lots of such factors.

 

No PR traffic or anything yet. The site only went up yesterday

You got it wrong.
He said that it would depend on the bloggers blog PR, traffic etc. and not your site's

 

Why would it when I want him to blog on my blog and not his?? Am I missing something? I don't see what his blog has to do with it - but I am new to this

I was telling that if u have no time to post in your blog, you can pay people to do the posting for you
But i am unsure about the rates of that.
