Download the HTML file in your site's root. You'll need an FTP client such as filezilla to do this. Connect to the FTP server using the details supplied to you at your hosting. Look for a file called "index.html". Download the file and open it in Notepad, or if you plan to do more frequent editing, download and install Sublime Text 2/Notepad ++. Copy and paste the Analytics code into the document, after the </head> tag. Save the file and reupload the changed file to the server using the FTP client. You're done, and it should now be updating with your statistics.

Wordpress plugins? Or just normal site addons?

Good stat tracking webapps include Statcounter - This allows you to add code to your website that will give information on your visitors, much in the way that Analytics does. You can see it at http://statcounter.com/. It also comes with an optional Wordpress plugin, making installation slightly easier if you have a Wordpress site.

cool, also do you think I would benefit from getting an extra 80 to 100 visitors daily for a couple of months, for around 5$ I can get that? Would it help rank my webpage higher?

i really need to start ranking higher, thinking of buying some backlinks etc.

Visitors won't make your site rank higher. Visitors are your end goal. Build backlinks by writing some quality content on weight loss and leave your link in the description - I've actually got some unused articles on weight loss for sale if you'd like to purchase them. Other strategies such as making videos or podcasts work well.

It looks like an ok site for $170. I'm sure DeathShadow will come and rip a new hole in it, in a bit anyway. Main flaws are that it's not a fluid design (Fixed width, px, no %/em) and it's using XHTML tranny for some reason. There's a few others, but for looks it's pretty good. It was probably created using Dreamweaver or just using a text editor.

hmmm... well I just wanted it to be easy to use, i'm 18 and have a very very limited budget. This guy said he would do it cheap...
And yea I already started posting on various high rank forums etc... I will try write some articles here and there.
You mean on other peoples sites right?

I am also posting the URL in every single one of my videos etc... hoping this will help.

Any links to your site will help.

By articles I mean writing and submitting articles to Article directories. Examples of these include EzineArticles and GoArticles, as well as modular article sites like Squidoo and Hubpages. These sites will allow you submit articles, and you can include a "Resource link" to your site. Here's one of my articles on Ezine. http://ezinearticles.com/?What-Does-the-Xbox-Ring-of-Light-Mean?&id=6242836. You can see there is a link to a blog at the bottom of the page. This method drives both traffic and brings backlink power to your site. If you want to know more about these sites or how to work them just ask, I've got plenty experience.
