In google webmaster tool, it says "Pages with duplicate meta descriptions"..I dont know how is possible because I checked that every page has different meta tags so how come google analyze that?
By the way, I have a website on joomla so can anyone help to sort this out?

Make sure the meta tag code doesn't have any errors in it. When you do a search for site:yoursite.com, does it show different meta descriptions for each page listed? If it does I wouldn't worry about what google webmaster says.

You should check your codes then. I don't think it has something to do with Joomla at all. The best thing to do here is to double check every major meta description of your site.

I found the problem, it was actually related to Global configuration meta tags in Joomla. If we use those tags in global configuration, they are automatically used for all the web pages and etc...! :D
