Pages overoptimised a bit, all in supplemental

Looks like when you overoptimize a page, the bot stops visiting it. Supplemental result! Ok, but the optimization problem was fixed a month ago. The main page is ok, all the rest were last crawled in the beginning of August. Now it beats me how to invite Google bot. Please share your experience. Please don't advise "building quality links" "sitemaps"and so on. I've been around for "quite a while" :) I do need a webmasters help who had fixed the same issue.

    You will need deep links.

The site link structure is perfect. All the pages are linked from the main page and interlinked between each other. Here, take a look:

I mean inbound links from other sites that link to your internal pages

Yes, but the main page should direct the bot to those pages too. The main page is crawled on a regular basis. Well, the rest of the pages are in supp. And as you know, supplementary pages are not interesting for Google spiders.

Supplemental pages will not get crawled that frequently.

You need to get some more pr flowing to your internal pages by getting some deep links to get the pages out of the supplemental index.

I have sites with pages that are linked to only from the homepage and they do often get crawled. But as soon as we are talking about supplementary, you might be right but i am not so sure. Supplemental penalty is not so easy to overcome even if G says its not a penalty :)

But the only way to be indexed again is build links and update content. It happens to my blog before, bots stop visiting my blog for about two months. But I still don't stop building links and update its content. I also bookmark some of the inner page. I guess its better if you can have links pointing to your inner page.

Just update your content and make sure it's not a duplicate content from your site or other websites, then get inbound deep links to your pages and just give it time, you will be fine.

You need more deep links, that is the problem. And a link from a forum is not going to help you, get links from related websites, to inner pages on your wesbite.
