Okay, I have a server, and everyone can acces all the pages or the WHM/CPANEL account on this server, and I can access from other locations just fine, but when I try to access it from the office here, I can't get it, it keeps saying "Connection Refused By Server". I have contacted the server admin, and they said there are no blocked ips on their end, so not sure what is going on. I tried to reset my router, but there was not help. I have turned off all my viruses and firewalls and still nothing. Please help me to figure out why it is not loading on this machine but loads everywhere else.
Have you tried a traceroute to the server? You could also ask for a trace from your provider to your IP. This might help you locate where an issue is. Sounds like a firewall issue on the host's end but it's hard to say if they've already checked against that.
Connection refused by server does not usually point to a routing issue. Otherwise I agreee with elicitservers, it sounds like they are blocking you on their servers firewall without realizing it. For example a lot of firewalls use outdated bogon IP lists for their firewall.
