Pages indexed, then I changed content and permalinks, now what ?

So yeah, I messed it up

I'm making this site with wordpress and I have already some pages indexed. I changed content of some of those pages and changed permalinks too. I now find those pages in google with the old permalink, clicking on them I find the page with the new/actual content.

Are SEs going to update those entries automatically at one point ?
What are now issues linked to such situation ?

Wordpress already have 301 redirects for old to structure to the new one, this is not the case of duplicate content. You will be fine very soon.

Something will change in your SERPs. Positive or negative? depends on what changes you did.

don't worry about that much. sooner or later google re-crawl your site, it will automatically remove the old urls that no longer exist from their index and start crawling the new urls that have updated content. But how soon that would be done of course depends on how "deep" google would cache your site on each visit and, that's would depends on your pr somewhat.

Yup it will be perfectly fine. It takes awhile to update all your links if you have a really huge site like a forum or something but a blog should update relatively quickly.
