Help me understand why my site is Google "unranked". Domain is
    www.houseop tion.com
    Here are the facts:

    - domain over 2 years old,
    - over 25 pages indexed in Google,
    - search for my domain in google and get 180 many links,
    - all original content,

My main index page is UNRANKED but a few pages have PR0

A couple weeks ago I did pay someone to manually submit my site to
    3000 directories and I've received feedback (in-review/accepted/rejected) from 1000 of them. Before this I had a PR1.

Please review my site and help me.

You need to optimise the site better such as the title of each page. At the moment they are either similar or the same. Read through this for better info: http://www.seomoz.org/article/beginners-1-page#4

Submitting your site to 3000+ directories probably hasn't helped the site, for the most part. Think quality, not quantity.

you probably have to wait till Gools next update before you will see any change in PageRank.

    This is your robots.txt
    # go away
    User-agent: *
    Disallow: /cgi-bin/

Try deleting the (# go away) line.
    Everything else looked good.
