    It's only updated when the number of back links change (it's a back link tracker, not a pages in URL tracker, so pages in URL and PageRank are secondary to back links).

    Deleting the URL and re-adding it will update the pages in URL number. At least it did for me several times.

    Correct, that';s a band aid. I think when the Check All does PR and back links check, chekcing the number of pages indexed should not be a big issue.

    Serious question, if the number of pages don't change as we see them in the back link tracker, does it mean our weight stays the same until the page number changes.

    The 2 tools are completely separate (AFAIK). If you click validate acct in the ad-network, your pages in URL will be checked again as part of the ad network validation as I understand it.
