Page Rank is fairly useless - SERPS are far more important. I guess PR is good if your selling/flipping sites thats about it. Kinda of a useless indicator.
Generate backlinks to your website by adding your link to your signature in posts on forums and also commenting on blogs. These links counts as "votes" to your website, thus the more links you have linking to your website, the more votes you will have, and the higher your PageRank will be.
Page Rank is very important because it give you more traffic. whenever visitors search in google they open sites whose page rank is good.
Keep on building the quality links and the page rank will definitely increase....But have patience....
Page rank is calculated based on the quality of inbound links that you are getting. Quality deals with relevancy! The more quality of inbound links that you are getting, the higher chances for you site to get high PR value.
page rank is not everything to get from seo but the ranking in the search engines are the more important.. that can bring you real time visitors
