well, page rank is mainly related with the quality of the inbound links to your website. I think you need to work out with the backlinks. I analysed your website using an online seo service and found that your site does not have any backlinks as per the google statistics. same in msn also. but it has backlinks in yahoo. check out the screenshot of the domain analysis.

You should focus on building some quality backlinks through article distribution, blog postings, and directory submissions, and your page rank will increase overtime.

DONT DO MORE LINK EXCHANGING FOR MORE BACK LINKS..... ONLY DO 3 or 4 HIGH QUALITY LINKS FOR EACH PAGE.. IF YOU DO MORE ..GOOGLE CAN IDENTIFY ITS NOT A NATURAL LINK... SO YOU CAN NEVER GET GOOD RANKING
how old is ur website? u'll have to wait for gaining PR. coz for many months google hasn't up PR. so wait for it. aamir
