This looks like a listing from the live pagerank tools. Google zeroed out the value about a week ago.

Matt Cutts talks about this change here: http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/q-a-thread-march-27-2006/

"Q: “Is the RK parameter turned off, or should we expect to see it again?”
A: I wouldn’t expect to see the RK parameter have a non-zero value again.

    Q: “What’s an RK parameter?”
A: It’s a parameter that you could see in a Google toolbar query. Some people outside of Google had speculated that it was live PageRank, that PageRank differed between Bigdaddy and the older infrastructure, etc."

If you look at those domains listed in your actual browser, you'll see there is an actual PR.

Just in one of those moods :) I've put up a new site recently and all my usual tools (with the exception of iwebtool) were showing 0, I find it a bit reassuring that google and the bbc are 0 too (bet they get more visitors than my new site though)

    cheers for the info corinaw

Maybe I wasn't clear. The tools that showed "live page rank" have been disabled by google. All these tools show zero now. Zero is (in most cases) not the actual pagerank. The tools are invalid & that listing in the OP was invalid.

I double checked and of course google has PR 10
