    And does anyone know where to check inner pages PR? No Google toolbar or SEO Quake, I want a site.

    If you use Firefox there's an add-on called "live page rank" which shows the PR of every site you visit in the lower right corner of your browswer window. Much better than having to go to a site and punch in a url to check it...

    mine got really consistent PR3, i thought I could make it up to PR4 but still i lack necessary BL. well, better luck next time for me. :)

    Don't worry it will happens. You need to work on your backlinks.
    My blog PR2 was down to PR1 in last update.
    Now I again made PR1 it to PR4.
