pagerank update!

I think there mite be a new pagerank update in progresssss..!

SEO gurus have been saying that there will be a pagerank update in the middle of January for quite a while now : ]

 

my idea has more backing then a guess

 

err... care to share how so?

the fact there's a new bot says something. And it normally takes 3-4 weeks for the update to be final once all the links are crawled and crap..

this is more of a guess then "ohh just in 3 months time"

oh my god , another pr update topic . some of the G datacenters has not finished the last page rank update . i dont think that google is making a pr update in a short time period

 

Kk i get this 3rd same topic thread in one week but i dont see any updates.

 

I don't know what Google is doing, but they are definitely doing something interesting. My indexed pages dropped to half, then 10 - 20 of the missing ones would return each day.

Once I hit 85 indexed pages (I normally have over 114), my rankings dropped like a rock. Interestingly enough, some of those 85 pages are pages that Google had never indexed before.

I've been adding links at a natural pace and all quality. Google still hasn't updated my back links number (I know they only show a cross section in the link: command) or my page rank.

With them introducing the new Patent search, they are probably fixing bugs here and there. We don't know exactly what Google is doing, or how their algo works, but I think that they don't even know what they are doing half the time. They have to keep many parts secret for obvious reasons, but they also wouldn't want to admit all the bugs and flaws.

I think there will be a PR update...my guess when = one of these days...

Are you seriously over 21? Because you're the only person I've seen on these forums that's acted like a kid, and you used an upside down site sift avatar for a while because you said you're "too cool" for everyone else, before you sold out. Seems childish to me really.
