    I'm not sure when will google stop playing around and do a major update. :)

    Google has already started the inner pages PR update from the 1st of July, thatz what you are experiencing. The homepage (official declaration) of the PR update is not yet done.

    I got one PR3 -> PR0. WTH ... Guess website's maintenance caused this. No good change for me ;/

    I'd say, it was penalty than update ...
