PageRank Update July 20, 2010

I had two of my sub-sites updated but no change on the front page.

 

Yes, this was a update in my website in July 22, 2010

 

PR updates happen not only in a day. It may be tomorrow and your friend might get his updated PR in the next couple of days. There's no exact day WHEN it will happen.

I can say that I have never seen so many mini updates in one month, our mini directory just went to N/A, yesterday it was pr2, the page rank on this page is always changing from pr2 to N/A, the same is true with our W3C page, the page rank is always changing. I don't understand this.

 

My PR 2 went to PR 1 and another PR2 didn't change.

 

not even a minor update for inner pages in here ..

 

I didn't notice any changes for my sites.

 

Hope I get some love in the next pagerank update

Every time I come to DP forum, there's a new thread about a Google toolbar PR update that never happened, lol. None of my several sites have changed--internal pages or otherwise. It's been a long time since the last official PR update in April.

 

I haven't seen any changes for July yet. Have a couple of newish sites I'm hoping will rank well so looking for an update soon!

 

Do you get detailed reports on where they place the backlinks? It might be that your site was placed in a bad neighbourhood.

 

Wouldn't they just 0 you out if that was the case? Maybe they just weighted the backlinks differently than they used to, rather than an outright penalty.

Still 0 here for almost 4 months, no change here.

 

Groovystar. Yeah it's frustrating. My timing is terrible. I launched one site just before the last PR update in April and the site only went to PR1. My other site launched after the last PR update and it's still zero.

I know many will negate the importance of toolbar PageRank. For me it's important because I want guest article submissions. Trying to get decent guest article submissions on a PR 0 website is impossible other than asking other blogger friends.
